100th Day at OPS!
Let's Go Bulldogs! The 7th Grade Boys' Basketball team will play in the State Championship this Thursday, February 8th, 7:30 p.m. at 728 S. Wall Street, Macon, IL. Ticket Prices are established by the IESA and are as follows: Online tickets are $4.00 for an all-day pass for K-8 and seniors (62+), and $8.00 for an all day pass for adults and high school. In honor of the upcoming Super Bowl, 5th graders were challenged to make free-standing goal posts out of straws and pipe cleaners during STEAM activities in the Library at Lincoln School!
We are so proud of our 7th grade boys' basketball team for their second win at state today defeating Burr Ridge 31-30! They will now play in the Championship Game this Thursday at 7:30 in Macon!
Congrats to our 7th Grade boys' basketball team for advancing at State with a 30-24 win this morning against Sidell Salt Fork! They will play tonight at 5:00 p.m. against the winner of West Prairie vs Burr Ridge as well as Thursday TBD. Way to go Bulldogs! We are so proud of you! YOU CAN DO IT!
You can feel the Bulldog Spirit today at our schools as we cheer on the 7th Grade Boys' Basketball Team in preparation for their state game tomorrow at Meridian High School in Macon at 10 a.m. You can do it Bulldogs!

Kim Bima from OSF presented checks to Mr. Balestri, Principal at Lincoln School, from an Area School Athletic Fundraiser held in the summer. OSF HealthCare partnered with area elementary schools and for every athlete participating in a $25 sports physical at IVCC, OSF donated 100% of the proceeds back to benefit the students' school. THANK YOU OSF!
