There will be an Illinois Valley OSF Sports Physical Event Friday, July 28th from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Illinois Valley Community College Gym (Building G). Sports physicals will be performed on a first-come, first-served, basis. The cost is $25 per sports physical. Please note that OSF will not have access to immunization records so the physicals will not be able to suffice for a "school physical" and will only be good for sports participation.
