Mrs. Goodbred's class, along with Mrs. McClellan and Mrs. Grosenbach, watched Spookley the square pumpkin and then they made a craft and a fun snack to go along with it!

🎉 Fun Friday has officially started at Oglesby Washington! 🎉

Today’s challenge was all about speed and a little friendly competition! 🏆Students had 60 seconds to build the tallest tower possible using only cups!

Each Friday, one student from each grade level and a teacher will participate in a new fun activity! We’re excited to bring some extra fun, laughter, and school spirit into our Fridays! 8th grade took the W today! 💙

Here’s to many more Fun Fridays at Washington! 🎉🙌

Our Lincoln School students have been hard at work creating amazing artwork! From colorful classroom projects and art class creations to our featured artists on display in the District Office’s "Gallery of Greatness," our hallways and boards are beaming with talent! 🖼️❤️

Marnie has been loving all the wonderful arrivals and morning walks with our Lincoln students this week! Whether she's greeting everyone at the door or out on her morning stroll, she brings so many smiles to our days. 🐶✨

A big thank you to Amanda Carter, Museum Director of the LaSalle County Historical Society, for visiting Washington School today! She spoke with our 8th grade history students about local history topics and shared how the museum can support their History Fair research using its vast collection of primary and secondary sources. We appreciate your time and expertise, Amanda!
