Thank you to all of the families who donated to Oglesby Public School's Annual Food Drive sponsored by the Washington Student Council! At Washington School, 53 students donated at least 25 items. These students got to choose a fun activity to participate in on Monday and enjoyed a snack during their activity. Washington students collectively donated 1690 items for the Illinois Valley Food Pantry. The top student contributors were: Aaron C. with 130 items donated, Brooklyn P. with 82 items donated, and Nati H. with 60 items donated. A big THANK YOU to the 5th grade students who helped organize and count all of the items donated! Mr. Pierce's 5th grade class donated 302 items to win a popcorn and movie party!
