Lincoln students will observe Halloween Friday, October 30th with a costume parade at 2:15 p.m. on Bennett Avenue. Prior to the parade, the classrooms will have their Halloween parties. After parading in their costumes they will return to their classrooms. Parents in attendance may sign their child out following the parade. Students not signed out will remain in their classroom until the usual dismissal time. Costume guidelines include:
Students should not wear their costumes to school.
There will be time to change into costumes prior to the parade.
Please be sure that costumes do not depict violence.
No play knives, guns, sharp objects, and no gory costumes depicting blood or violence.
Students who do not follow these guidelines will not be allowed to participate.
