SOS Trivia Night
Oglesby Public Schools Trivia Night is Saturday, February 4, 2012 at the Elk’s Lodge in Oglesby. To reserve a table of 6-10 individuals, please call or email Melissa Stachowiak at (815) 993-9035 or mstachowiak@comcast.net.
Each class and the teachers have created baskets to be raffled off at the event. Some of the themes of the baskets are:
Kindergarten: “Books Galore” - books of any kind for all ages, puzzle books, coloring books, novels for adults.
First Grade: “Family Movie Night” - gourmet popcorn, movie candy, certificate to the movies or Blockbuster, DVD, popcorn bowl, popcorn salt or flavorings.
Second Grade: “Ultimate Pet Lover” - dog/cat pillow, blanket, toys, treats, leashes, bowl, brush, pet shampoo.
Third Grade: “Pizza Making & Baking” - pizza crusts, cutter, pan, sauce, cookie cutters, dough mixes, non-perishable toppings.
Fourth Grade: “Chocolate Lovers” - anything chocolate, candy, chocolate popcorn, chocolate covered peanuts, chocolate flavored coffee, etc.
Fifth Grade: “Game Night” - games for all ages, board games, cards, puzzles for all ages, puzzle mat, etc.
Sixth Grade: “Ice Cream Party” - sprinkles, scooper, chocolate, caramel, butterscotch, etc, toppings, certificates for DQ, Culvers, etc.
Seventh Grade: “Sports” - anything related to any sport (from fishing to golf to football and everything in between,) sports equipment, blanket, stadium cushion, autographed items
Eighth Grade: “Italian Pasta Fest” - different kinds of spaghetti or pasta, sauces, pasta bowl, spices, apron, kitchen utensils, colander, kitchen “chef”décor, olive oil, olives, Italian cookbook
Staff: "Mexican Theme" basket.
